The coaching agreement is established through an initial preparatory conversation and confirmed in writing or electronically by both parties. In this context, the coachee defines their concern or goal. The coach provides a service based on the information and materials supplied by the coachee.
Coaching is not a form of medical treatment or psychotherapy. No guarantees are made regarding the achievement of specific results. Any decisions made based on the coaching sessions are the sole responsibility of the coachee.
Coaching sessions take place either online or in person. Appointments and content are agreed upon individually. The coach reserves the right to adjust methods and content flexibly according to the coaching process.
All conversations, methods, and techniques used serve the purpose of personal development and are explained transparently. The coachee has the right to decline or interrupt any content at any time.
The coach commits to conducting the coaching sessions with care, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility. She is bound to confidentiality and treats all information with strict discretion.
The coach is not a licensed medical doctor or alternative health practitioner. No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no medical treatments are provided. At no point will the coach advise discontinuing medications or medical therapies.
The coach sees herself as a process facilitator and source of inspiration — the responsibility for change and integration lies solely with the coachee.
The coachee is fully responsible for their physical and mental health. They agree to inform the coach of any relevant health issues or psychological conditions prior to the start of the coaching process.
Coaching requires a willingness to engage with personal topics and to actively participate in the process. Any processes initiated or set in motion by the coaching are the sole responsibility of the coachee.
The coach views coaching as a mindful, resource-oriented, and individually guided development process. She approaches the coachee with respect, presence, and professionally grounded intuition.
The coaching process may influence existing patterns of relationships, thinking, and behavior. The coachee is made aware that this can also lead to changes in their social or professional environment.
All personal data and content shared during the coaching process will be treated with strict confidentiality. Information will only be disclosed to third parties with the coachee’s explicit written consent.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A separate privacy policy, outlining the type, purpose, and duration of data storage, will be provided to the coachee upon conclusion of the agreement.
For quality assurance purposes, a record of the coaching content and progress may be kept. The coachee has the right to request access to this documentation at any time or to request its deletion upon completion of the coaching, provided that no legal retention requirements prevent such deletion.
The agreed fees are stated either as net or gross amounts, depending on the applicable VAT regulations. Payment is to be made via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
Scheduled appointments are binding. For individual sessions (not group coaching or courses), cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will incur no charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged—unless a documented case of hardship is presented.
If the agreement is concluded via distance communication (e.g., by email or online booking), the coachee has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The right of withdrawal expires if the coachee expressly agrees that the coaching begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The coach shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. No guarantees are made regarding the achievement of specific coaching outcomes.
All materials provided during the coaching process — including documents, scripts, audio recordings, worksheets, and other content — are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the coach. These materials may be used by the coachee for personal purposes only and may not be shared with third parties, reproduced, or published — in whole or in part — without prior permission.
For online coaching sessions (e.g., via Zoom, Signal, Skype, or similar platforms), the coachee is solely responsible for ensuring that their technical equipment (internet connection, camera, microphone, etc.) allows for an uninterrupted coaching experience.
In case of interruptions due to technical problems on the coachee’s side, there is no entitlement to a repeat session or refund, unless the disruption was caused by the coach.
Audio, image, or video recordings during coaching sessions are only permitted with the explicit written consent of both parties. This also applies to transcriptions or notes containing sensitive content.
Coaching is not a form of crisis intervention. In cases of acute mental health crises, suicidal thoughts, or psychotic episodes, the coachee must immediately seek help from medical or psychotherapeutic professionals. The coach may pause or terminate the coaching in such situations.
The methods applied may promote consciousness-expanding and energetic processes aimed at activating the body’s self-healing powers and fostering an inner rebalancing of the system comprising body, mind, and soul.
The coaching aims to stabilize the coachee’s energy system, enhance their ability to perceive and assess situations, and support the integration of emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects.
The contract shall run either for the agreed number of sessions or for an indefinite period, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties may terminate the contract at any time for good cause.
Ordinary termination is possible with a notice period of 14 days. Fees already paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for services not yet rendered.
In group coaching or online courses, each participant agrees to respect the privacy of the other participants. Personal statements, experiences, or content shared during group sessions must not be disclosed outside the group. Violations may result in exclusion without refund.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.
Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Such invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original.
